If an email contains an RFC822 attachment (an email msg), clicking on the
attachment icon brings up the attached email msg on a screen with 3
buttons at the top: Trash, Forward, and Reply.
The Forward and Reply buttons work as expected, but the Trash button does
not and probably shouldn't be there. (The proper way to delete the
attachment would be to trash the container email msg.)
