 It will only improve performance in the respect that you will now be
able to surf even if you don't know the DNS #s. ;-)

 Oh, one other thing....
Since lsppp only needs 27kb of memory, this greatly increases the
chances that it can now be loaded high.
 So, instead of epppd using 70kb in low mem....
lsppp will be using 27kb in himem.

However, even if it still can't be loaded high because a particular user
does not have 27kb of contigiuos himem available... 27kb in low mem is
better than 70kb. ;-)

(and as we all have seen, Arachne *does* run better when more low mem is
 available for it to use)
