Hi, I checked the faq's and readme's and everything, and didnt find my
answer. Arachne works great, but after viewing a few webpages I got an
eerror that says something like..

Possible reasons
"Remote Host doesnt have DNS"
"Remote Host cannot be accesed"
"Refused request for connection"
"Packget driver Installed, but network unreachable..........."

Anyhow, i know its not any of those reasons, becaus at that point i just
exit arachne and then restart with "arachne -r" and the page comes up just
fine. It is very persistant problem so it makes using arachne hard. I
also know its not any of those reasons because everything else on my net
connection is working fine.

Another problem which I am sure is a bug, is with "Ultimate Bulletin
boards" that require authroization. Even though cookies is enabled, it
doesnt seem to function right with it. If I login it will authroize me,
but when it goes to the forum it will put me back at the authroization
login telling me to login. Not sure as to why on that. Obviously it
authorized me, and cookies are turned on. However i checked through the
cookie file and didnt not find any references to that site.

Some information on my computer if it helps any:

Slackware Linux 7.1 /w Kernel 2.4.1
AMD k7 1.1 Ghz
256mb Ram
svgalib 1.43
External 28.8 on Com1
ISP: earthlink

BTW yes, I know thats a pretty spiffy system to be running arachne on, but
I love console, and I used to use Arachne for DOS about 4(?) years
ago and followed the development for a while thereafter, and recently
became intrestedd by the development again now that there is a linux
version. I even set it up for some users of an ISP who had low end
machines some years back. :)

Aloha,
Jennifer Zynn
