One of these days, a person is going to be assigned a number at birth - period.

Where do you live, Clarence? How is it possible that you still do
not have a birth number? In Czechoslovakia, for almost hundred
years everybody every newborn child is getting an own inalienable
birth number. Only some miserable immigrants have none, because they
were born in the wrong place. But you can get it - if you sincerely
try and do not fear Czech bureaucracy. At the age of thirty six my
efforts were rewarded. I was born again and finally received my birth
number.

"How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time
into his mother's womb and be born?" Jesus answered: "Truly,
truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit,
he cannot enter the kingdom of God."

Well, there is a rather small group of people, in this country
who are really interested in the latter. And this was not about
getting numbers anyway...
