Sam,

Doing a "Find" search in W98 on "ram*.*" showed ramdrive.sys in C:\WINDOWS 
and in C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\EBD.  ("Find" instructed to search on all drives 
and to show subdirectories.  "Location" column has to be resized to display 
the actual location, otherwise you get the ellipses.)

Unless I am positively, absolutely sure that I know the exact name of the 
file, I try to use wildcards in my searches.
