Per your questions:

1.Telnet by calling the telnet app (that i'm going to tell you how
  to get).

After installing the APM, either do:

telnet:// and put the address after the // , or you can run it
by going to the applications and finding "telnet".
Once you get to its prompt, just type the address and
you're there. (if its working, anyway.)

2.http://browser.arachne.cz/dos/
Scroll down, or better: search for keyword 'telnet' in the page.
Its a combined Telnet and FTP client APM. Usefull stuff.

3.Too late. Its allready there.

4.Basicly, it can be retrieved from the URL I gave, too, but i'd
recommened downloading and installing the original, 'external
independed' version of this thing. Its called QuickView, and its
just one out of several availble MP3 players for DOS. QuickView
can view/play alot more then MP3, though. (Sorry, not MID or MOD).
  Direct URL: http://www.multimediaware.com - I really recommened
downloading this version. (32-bit is the most updated.)

5.If you installed the QV APM, then in Arachne - just click on any
MP3 file. Back and Forward arrows to speed/go back in the audio
  file (most probebly a song/music).

If you downloaded the external one, just run it by calling the QV.EXE
file, and you'll get a pretty easy to use full-screen file menu.
File names in white are supported and can be viewed with Quickview.
File names in yello are not supported, and hence cannot be viewed.

Just go to a file and press "enter". The go forward/back during
playback also works here. ESC to exit/abort at any stage.

Its comfy. I'm sure you'll manage.

> sorry for being so dumb :) (: :)
