New version of ADSL driver

Hi folks,

the author of pepa.exe just sent me the new version of pepa.exe (1.6). The
package contains two executables, one with all functions implemented,
and a smaller one which doesn't support IP mascarading (not needed on a
single machine). This gives me 24kB more free mem 'cuz transmit buffer
can now loaded high.
