It's not your or your system, it's the page. :>

The form is poorly designed.  You can fix it, using F-4, and it will be
usable for you. :)

When you go to that page, once it is loaded hit F-4 for the internal
editor.

Use F-7 to search for FORM, and you'll see a line that says "FORM
METHOD=POST"   ... change that to read   "FORM ACTION=POST"

Hit F-2 or click 'save & view' ...  You'll find the form works just fine
for you now.  Field will accept input, buttons work.

I *cannot* guarantee the input data from you will get sent correctly,
but the form cgi does recognize when bad/no data was entered.

Give it a try, and remember this trick for any forms you find on the web
that don't want to work for you.
