The latest version is now at

They have changed the directories around a bit since I last looked.. I'm
not sure where earlier versions might be at.. I'd have to take a look
around.. but I think I still have 1.0_17a archived here.
Ah.. http://www.fdisk.com/doslynx has a minuet link and he has versions 16,
17 and 18 there.
