Hi Jamm;
I also use no mouse, so I know where you are coming from.
There is no hotkey.
You should have Netscape compatibility mode (smooth scrolling) OFF.
You should also have your auto-repeat rate set to max and delay set to min.

Here are your options:
Hit TAB. It takes you to the first link on the page, and then repeat until
you are where you want to go. With Google. the first TAB is it. <g>

Short-cut: Position cursor ABOVE the box, just to the right of the right-most
link and hit TAB.
Better short-cut: Position curser IN the box and hit TAB, shiftTAB.
Seems like you found it ! <G> 

Position cursor IN the box AT THE BEGINNING and hit ENTER. 
Sometimes this works, sometimes it sends an empty form. :(
With Google it is an empty form.
