HP could have avoided that problem by manufacturing a real modem in the first
place. Now one wonders how much they really saved by cutting corners on the
modem. This Win(?)modem doesn't even work right in Windows! For the user, a
Losemodem may save $20 (US) up front but then produce much more than $20 worth
of headaches.
