CORRECTION!   ON RTF2HTML DOX PROGRAM

Here, on the download page for DOX, it clearly states that the DOS
version is now free  FREE  F*R*E*E  simply because it only reliably
converts one program at a time.

Linux is GPL according to this page.

BTW, source code is also available I believe.
