Sorry, I didn't make the explanation clear.
There are 2 different functions associated with F3. Normally, pressing
F3 puts you into the URL field at the top of the screen so you can write
a URL in and go to that location.
I was talking about the other function.
Click into a text editing area on a form. Instead of typing into that
area, press F3. You'll get a popup with the default filename
"TEXTAREA.TXT" filled in. Press Ctrl-Y to clear the default, and write in
the name of the file you want to insert. Press enter, and the file will
be pasted into the text area just as if you had typed it.
