I did explore the site before giving up. There is some other cool stuff
that you can get from some other pages at the site; however, the stuff
that I was most interested in is listed and described at
http://sevenlocks.com/products/TOCPowertools.htm. The server won't let
you download anything from there, although these files are announced as
freeware for everybody. These files are not listed on the alternative
download pages.
