mailing lists in Arachne

Dear List:

     I don't know why the mailing list failed.  Perhaps I did use MS-DOS
edit once, but I also used Insight {internal editor} with the mailing
list DGI.  Putting the @ mark at the end seemed to do the trick.  I will
see if I get a "bounced mail".
