I don't know anything at all about Surfbest.  If it is an ISP that uses
dynamic DNS addressing, then you cannot use EPPPD if you don't know the DNS
numbers.  With EPPPD you have to know the DNS numbers and plug them into
your config files.  LSPPP will return the DNS numbers automagically when
it connects with the ISP.
