Hi Mel;
First, go to Options | Preferences and make sure CSS is enabled.
Save it and select use new settings.
Hit F1 for help. (No joke)
Everything looks the same as before, right ?
Now move your cursor over a link.
It didn't do THAT before.
To see what it is useful for, visit www.opera.com with CSS turned on
and then re-visit with it turned off.
