Not difficult to explain at all.  Server isn't Linux ...  and server
says that the page is text/plain

When a page is text/plain on the server, Arachne will only display it as
"text/plain" even though it is html.

To see for yourself, go to the page and when there hit the = equal sign;
it will tell you server software and type of page the server says it is.
