Hi, John, did your ISP change their nameservers? Are you you sure
they are correct? Here is what my ISP says are the nameservers
for bitstream.net (the last two numbers below):

Have a look inside arachne.cfg and pppdrc.cfg, with a text
editor. Perhaps they have got the wrong numbers or have got
corrupted...
