Hi John:

Maybe your ISP has changed the exact wording or spelling, to include
changes in upper/lower case for the login and password prompts.  Try doing
a terminal login by using a dialer and packet driver combo that works.
Observe the exact wording of the prompts.  You might find that you will
need to modify your config or script file accordingly.

Also you will want to make sure that WATTCP.CFG is in the same directory
as your application.

You might have already thought to consider all of these things that I have
mentioned  here.  I am sending these suggestions just so in case you might
have overlooked something.
