The process is a little more complicated on the "compose" screen.
1) place cursor at the beginning of the eMail address
2) Cntrl+K+B
3) move cursor to the end of the eMail address
4) Cntrl+K+K (it will noe highlited)
5) Cntrl+C (Block written will show on the status bar)
6) ESC to get the cursor off of the compose textarea
7) A (the box will pop-up to edit the name [shows only "mailto:"])
8) Cntrl+K+V (the eMail address will be added to the word "mailto:")
9) press <enter> (the entire link is added to the bottom of hotlist.htm)
10) press H to check it
