more Ghostscript stuff - PDF support

Hi folks,

I played around a little bit with Ghostscript 5.10 and created a basic
PDF support for Arachne. Pages from pdf file will be converted to bmp
images and these will be refered to in a small html file rendered by
Arachne. If someone wants to try feel free to mail.
