Well, I'm guessing that's probably what I was talking about, but Angelfire
won't let me in to take a look (with Netscape).  Reload only gets me the
Angelfire no-link page again.:( 

What I meant was the page was redesigned so the banner (in some form) is now
there whether you have the killer on or not. That they have changed it so it
is no longer a banner in the strict sense is irrelevant.

Arachne users had one certain location where the banner killer could be seen
to work immediately.  After all, I think Arachne takes new users to the home
page defaultly, doesn't it ?  Anyway, users quickly became familiar with the
banner on the homepage and I, at least, was impressed when it disappeared. ;-)

Now, REGISTERED Arachne users get less-than-special treatment at home.
It just seems weird.
