Hello Petr;

Welcome to the list. You must be brave. Be very, very, brave. ;-)

I was going to try for "funny" points by suggesting that you are "fordidden"
access to the future, but I see that we are also forbidden access to the
CURRENT archives by that method. My suggestion is to let Majordomo send it
to you as hesheit probably has the proper permissions.

For help with majordomo send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with this body:

end

Regarding the pop3smpt.asf problem, I would suggest the simplest thing to do
right now is NOT use .ASFs. And with Arachne V1.70r3, there may be some other
things that shouldn't be used, but I don't have a list handy.

It would be really great if we had a list of confirmed bugs for each version
instead of having to rely on memory. The problem is that bug reports and
confirms are clustered around the first week of release, but new ones seem
to continue to turn up, so unless we have access to bugs@arachne, we have to
read through the archives - as you presumably are trying to do.

I think it would also be better if the Arachne Homepage recommended the most
stable recent release to newcomers, instead of just the flashiest.
Sure, it is good to show the latest tricks, but if it isn't quite stable then
some new users are sure to be disappointed.

Just my severely twisted opinion. <G>
