The large documentation here is helpful even for other
ftp programs/versions.
This version contains the binary ftpbin.exe that is able to run
script files, but at the end of the file it automatically exits
the program.
The program ftp.exe (with the name ftp 0.70) allows you to run a
script file and then return to command interpreter.
