     I certainly appreciate the observations of you and 
     Clarence.  
 
     This problem with Interlog has been driving me crazy,
     for the last 2 weeks, especially since the   @xxx
     worked fine for 8 or 10 months.
 
     I will certainly raise the matter with Interlog.
 
     I wonder about all the other ISPs you mentioned which
     are causing the same problem.  If there is a high
     percentage of ISPs that hick-up when they see  To: @verge
     Arachne may have to change to not display anything
     after  To:
 
     I'll keep plugging away.
 
     As a side note, the last 3 days, I've had not One Single
     problem with the   To:  @
