there is no doc but it's no problem at all.
You need standard packet driver for Your NIC and pepa.exe, the xDSL
driver from http://www.heha.cjb.net.
Set Arachne to "connection ready".
Enter Your username and password in pepa.ini and remove the # on a
single line.
Load the drivers, first the NIC packet driver, second pepa.exe.
Start Arachne. Note, that it will take a few seconds for pepa.exe until
connect.
