    Thank you, Sam.  In response to those good words, I am 
tempted to grant your plea for leniency.  However -- and this is 
a biggie -- you have misspelled my name.  The correct spelling is 
"FitzSi*M*ons" (pronounced FITS SIGH MONS), *NOT* "FitzSiMMons." 

    Misspelling the Sheriff's name -- even amid saying good 
things about her -- is not wise.  Particularly if she has a 
judgement pending about showing leniency toward you.
