I have made it a standard operating procedure that, when I want or
need to do anything to an existing email in Insight that has a cc, bcc,
or attachments of any kind, I do it with an external text editor, and
only edit the text, not the "headers and connectors".
Insight is quite happy with that, and I shall continue to do so until
such time as Insight is changed.
