(DOS Arachne suffers from the 640 KB memory limitation ...)
PS: This has nothing to do with DNS ...

Free up more memory.
Only load drivers that you really need. Look for drivers with smaller
memory footprint.
Load drivers into UMBs. ....
if you post your autoexec.bat, config.sys file here, than we can help you.
(please also send the output of mem /c /a eg by doing a
mem /c /a >file and attaching the file 'file' to your mail)
