I use only A 1.67 for uploads because a) earlier version frequently
truncate the upload, and b) well, nevermind. <G>
But the ftp fix should be in these later versions.
Howsomever, I use the builtin FTP not the downloadable one that comes
with something else - mebbe Telnet.
When I upload with A1.67, it is all automatic - no manual login or dir
selection. Just select the desired file, hit F2, and change the destination
filename. Everything is filled in automatically from Arachne.cfg, and all
changes are saved to Arachne.cfg, so the last destination dir and filename
are remembered.
You don't have to edit Arachne.cfg to make this work. Just fill in the
FTP upload form (F2 online) and A will edit it for you. ;-)
