OT: Another nickle & dime ($1) scam!

When I went home for lunch yesterday, I had a message on my answering machine 
with a call-back number.  I called the number and after a large number of 
rings, an automated voice came on the line indicating that there has been no 
answer and they will keep ringing, or, for $.95 I can leave a voice mail 
message.  Ha, Ha, Ha!
