Hello:

Recently I have been receiving dupe HTML email messages sent to
me by someone who is using a most damnable email client named
"IncrediMail". It is bad enough that her email client has been
set up to automagically generate and send a dupe HTML email
message. Much worse than this are the HTML tags and extensions
which I have never seen the likes of before. For openers it
starts out like this:

------ begin crap specimen ---------

<html>
<head>
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="IncrediMail 1.0">

<BODY style="BACKGROUND-POSITION: 0px 0px; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; MARGIN: 16p

<TD id=INCREDITEXTREGION style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"

      <DIV>Hi Sam!</DIV>

------ end crap specimen -------

As for the above specimen, I don't want to send the whole thing
because it is really a very long one that can't be finished in
just one sitting unless I should take a mega-dose of castor oil.

In addition to the HTML message, I receive also another attachment
being a JPG image of a solid yellow color. It appears that this
image is somehow used to generate the background color for the HTML
message.

When clicking on the attachment while online Arachne will "hang" while
she gets stuck in a loop saying "Verifying Images". I cannot recover
from this error by any method other than by rebooting my machine.
The HTML message appears not to reference any images except possibly
the one referring to the solid yellow JPG.

When clicking on the attachment while offline the HTML attachment is
displayed, presumably normally.

Have any of you guys suffered some bad problems with HTML email
generated by IncrediMail? I sure hope this program never gains
any widespread popularity. If it ever does become popular it
will be about as much fun for us to swallow as castor oil.
