Doesn't this guy know that a DOS or an old WIN 3.1 browser
cannot be used for finding anything on his poorly designed
web site, even if the stuff is really there?  Doesn't David
Kirschbaum know that only the modern Netscapes and Explorers
can adapt to the new psuedo-standards?  Is David Kirschbaum
really that ignorant?  Unbelievable!

If he really is that stupid, has anyone ever tried to be nice
enough to attempt to educate him?
