I sometimes use WinFax Lite. It is not Y2K compliant. In order
to get this program to work I always have to back-date my system
date to 1999. Then it will work just fine except for the way it
will put the wrong date/time stamp on the recipient's cover sheet
and on the fax headers. If I don't back-date my system date to
the preceding millenium the program will not work at all. Such
has been my experience with it.

I don't understand your question about using V.90 faxmodems in
DOS because WinFax Lite is a Windows 3.1 program. Anyway, I
can't tell you anything about V.90 faxmodems because I have never
used one.
