  Yes, those options are badly labled.  They actually relate
to the numbers in the tables below the graph, specifically
the moving average values, and have no effect whatsoever
on the appearance of the graph... not this early in the
game at least.

  Although netcraft gives a nice graph and report, 
it lags a couple of days.  Realtime uptime is at
http://wizard.dyndns.org/cgi-bin/uptime.cgi  ;-)
