In a local situation, we have dealt with the above issue in a very simple
manner: 1) Create the page layout you want the viewer to see
2)Take a screenshot to BMP it.
3)ZBM it.
This is fast, effective, cheap, pretty much universal, and takes no more
bandwidth than the typical .pdf. <g>
