Many of the dot mil websites have been temporarily taken off line due
to the ravages of the Code Red worm. They plan to bring them back up
once the problem is over. You can find a lot of commentary about the
problems with the dot mil websites by visiting the newsgroup
"alt.military.retired". BTW, many British ex-military personnel also
like to frequent this newsgroup and they like to throw in their two
cents worth too.
