I have a free email account with Telebot. The site used to work OK
with Arachne, but frequently the site was down. I haven't been able
to log in for about a year. I have not tried recently to log in with
MSIE. I will attempt to do so the next time I use an internet work
station at a public library or cyber cafe. I will report my results to the
list.
