You might not even have to go through the Linux install, if you can run dmesg
from the installation diskettes
dmesg > /path/filename (using actual path and file name)
It's often difficult to see what races by on the screen during the boot.
But installing Linux or (Free, Net or Open)BSD might cure some of those problems
I get with the weather site with DOS Lynx386 (hanging) or Arachne (slow, clumsy
scrolling), not to mention other things like viewing big text files.
