I have just uploaded a hack of Insight 3.69 (Arachne 1.69+) with
the "Reply-to" box pre-checked instead of the "From" box:

The penalties are:
1) There is an extraneous '-to' visible beside the Modify button when
you review your mail before sending. It's not ugly and not a problem.
2) When you DO select to modify, your Bcc (if any) is not automatically
pasted into the Compose window.
Maybe one of the "C" monsters would care to do it properly, but this
method only takes a couple of minutes to do for me. <G>
