I got the same message when I tried to send a test mail to
Clarence from several different locations. I suspect that the
mail block at prime-online.com may be broken.
By the way, orbs.org itself closed down a couple of months ago.
You can test any IP address against a dozen or so alternate lists
at <URL:http://relays.osirusoft.com/cgi-bin/rbcheck.cgi> .
