There is a command.  Call it "refresh" or call it "reload" -- when you
are on a page, simply hit R and Arachne goes to the server and downloads
the page from scratch.

Even if you don't clear your cache routinely, if you've been browsing
for a couple of days and come back to a page, it's not too likely that
page would still be in cache; Arachne automatically culls the oldest
items in cache whenever the level hits 254 "items."
