You must have some kinda serious video problem. Try running in DOS. The <NOBR> test functioned perfectly in Arachne and exactly the same as it did in Netscape. See MY screenshot: http://caverge.arachne.cz/linked/nobr.gif > #2: Ok. the ampersand test looks the same in my browser as you show for > NS4.78, but how the heck can you demo what it looks like in 4.78 if > I'm viewing with 2.02 ? My Arachne shows it the same way my Netscape did. * * > #6: Pre-aligned right. The first half of the page WAS aligned right in NS > and the last half was centered. I'll look with Arachne later. Ok, on my Arachne the first half was aligned right on the QADT first pass but re-aligned to left on the final pass. I didn't check the HTML, but if it is correct it IS a bug ! * > #8:"The solid bright vertical line along the right margin of the image is, > of course, Arachne-specific and does not appear, for example,in Netscape." > What solid bright line ? What the heck are you talking about ? WHAT solid bright vertical ?? There is no solid bright vertical showing on either the normal or zoomed image on MY Arachne screen. Get out of WINDOWS !! > #9: GIF fake transparency. Hmmm. Your image still looks dirty to me in > Netscape, but there was no transparency visible. It looks just the same in my Arachne. Except for the noisy crap around the edges, (which is in the image) it looks the same as Netscape. * * I hope you will try to eliminate some of the defects built into the demos. Write to me offlist and we can try to look at your video problems. - Clarence Verge - Back to using Arachne V1.62 ....
