Sam, That case was settled out of court, just about the time of the first round of Justice Department trials back about 1 1/2 years ago...maybe 2 years ago..... The whole story used to be up on the www.drdos.com site, but they have pulled it all down, and now only have the DRDOS 7.03 offering there..
