Dear Anarkissed:
I believe the Extender program is GPL {General Public License} but
I am not sure. Check out as a keyword in a search engine: "Interesting
DOS programs" or go to http://fdisk.com for more info. I would, but
time is so short today. The Win 9.x thing I can't reply to, ask
Clarence or Glenn McCorkle who uses Win 98. My sister uses Win 98 too. I
apologize for any brevity towards you. I heard some ISP's use
complicated setups that require encoded data be sent, or non-standard
CHAP protocol. I use an ISP that recommends Win 9.x in DOS-16 no
problem. Many groups or ISP's recommend Win 9.x simply because it is
the standard software out there.
Yours,
Thomas
