From my experience... Pkzip and Pkunzip v2.04g have no problems with "realy big zips". I site this example: http://www.angelfire.com/id/glenndoom/big-zip.zip (the 3 .TXT files inside show that they have no problem with over 6000 files contained in a .ZIP file of over 180MB in size) drive-c.zip was created with "pkzip -e0 k:\drive-c.zip c:\*.*" drive-c1.txt is the redirected screen output from "pkunzip -v k:\drive-c.zip > k:\drive-c1.txt" drive-c2.txt is the redirected screen output from "pkunzip -d k:\drive-c.zip k:\ > k:\drive-c2.txt" drive-k.txt is the redirected screen oputput from "xdir k:\/s > k:\drive-k.txt" -- Glenn http://arachne.cz/ http://freedos-32.sourceforge.net/ http://www.delorie.com/listserv/mime/ http://www.angelfire.com/id/glenndoom/download.htm
