The unzipper I use in DOS (2.04g) can't do it.
But I seem to recall someone saying that the latest
  pkunzip can.

Are any of you guys using the latest pkunzip for DOS?
Can it unzip a 37mb archive (with a zillion files and
  directories in it)?

Might Infozip DOS version be able to unzip Zipslack? The archive includes both
16-bit and 32-bit versions. I never tried unzipping anything so big. Maybe
unzipping 37 MB with only 4 MB RAM is too much? Infozip has their own WWW and
FTP site:
http://www.info-zip.org
ftp://ftp.info-zip.org

You may need to put /pub/infozip/ after the domain part.
