For those running winblows systems, "badtrans" can be taken care of with AVG from Grisoft. Free download from www.grisoft.com for UK and US, for some wierd reason, for european users there is a shareware version at a mirror site in europe which gives you 30 days trial and then no updates. The US UK version that's free is slightly disabled (lack of control of tests, you have to take the full test or do individual ones manually) whilst the euro one has full control of all functions but you need to register after the first month to get the updates. STRANGE!. It is very effective and runs in/on DOS as well. This last two weeks it's picked up 17 examples of badtrans and deleted them for me, no harm done and machine clean. Regards Mel SINGALONGA MEL for Christmas http://www.ukcaravans.org.uk/xmas/indexar.html for 'rach users http://www.ukcaravans.org.uk/xmas for those of Javascript bent!
