When I start KDE with my OpenLinux system I am getting an error message saying something like "kfm error. There is no value set for `Exec = '. You should indicate a value by going into this program and editing the properties."
When I get into this program I can't find a "properties" selection in any of the pull down menus. Even if I could figure out how to get into the "properties" dialog box I would not know what value I should select, insert, or indicate. I don't even know what the kfm program is for. I just understand that it is some kind of terminal and I don't even want to try and run a terminal program yet. I am a newbie and I have no idea what this error means. Despite the error the system seems to be working OK as far as I can determine. The error message comes up only when I start KDE. I can just click on "OK" and continue. Maybe the error doesn't even matter unless I were running a terminal program. Please advise me on what I should do and please don't say anything that would be over the head of a brand new novice.
